Terms of Service

By purchasing, downloading, or using any PhantomDMA product, you agree to the following terms.

License Agreement

  • Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license
  • Each key is tied to a single user and hardware locked (HWID)
  • Sharing, reselling, or distributing keys results in permanent revocation

Product Availability

  • Products are provided "as-is" and availability may vary
  • Subscription time is paused during updates/maintenance with extra time added

Lifetime Subscriptions & End of Service

  • "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the product, not the purchaser
  • Access is granted for as long as the product is actively maintained
  • "End of Service" is when a product is permanently discontinued
  • Lifetime holders are not entitled to refunds upon End of Service
  • Advance notice will be given before discontinuing any product
  • Lifetime does not guarantee uptime, updates, or feature parity

No Guarantees

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific outcomes
  • You assume all risks associated with using our software
  • We are not responsible for any bans or penalties from game developers
  • We do not acknowledge or concern ourselves with "detection", our software speaks for itself

Refund Policy

  • All sales are final due to the digital nature of products
  • Exceptions may be made for technical issues at our discretion
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase

Account & Key Management

  • You are responsible for keeping your license key secure
  • Lost or leaked keys will not be replaced
  • HWID resets are limited and at staff discretion
  • Do not share your account credentials with anyone

Beta Products

  • Beta products are free for testing purposes
  • Beta users are expected to report bugs and provide feedback
  • Beta access can be revoked at any time
  • Beta products may contain bugs and are not guaranteed to be stable

Prohibited Actions

  • No reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying software
  • No bypassing licensing or security measures
  • No sharing access or using on multiple systems
  • No harassing staff or community members
  • No attempting to exploit or abuse any PhantomDMA service or infrastructure

Support

  • Support is provided via Discord only
  • Our team is committed to responding to all requests
  • Abusive behavior results in removal from the community

Termination

  • We may terminate licenses for violation of these terms
  • Terminated licenses are not eligible for refunds
  • We reserve the right to deny service to anyone at any time

Limitation of Liability

  • PhantomDMA is not liable for any damages arising from use of our products
  • This includes but is not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Use of our software is entirely at your own risk

Privacy

  • We collect only the data necessary to operate our services (username, HWID, license key)
  • We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties
  • Payment processing is handled by third party providers

Changes to Terms

  • We may update these terms at any time
  • Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of updated terms
