Paying by card
Pick Card at checkout, type in your card and press Pay. Visa, Mastercard and most other credit and debit cards work. Cards issued in Russia don't, so pay with crypto if yours is one.
- Card fee. A small fee is added at checkout and shown before you pay. It covers what card payments cost us and depends on the country your card is from.
- Bank check. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment in its app or with a code. Your key shows up as soon as you do.
- Your card details. You type them into a secure form from our card payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
Paying with crypto
Pick Crypto at checkout and choose a coin. Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Solana, Monero, USDT, USDC and over 200 other coins and networks work.
- Exact amount. Your invoice shows the amount, the address and the network. Send it in one go from a wallet you control, not from an exchange that takes its fee out of the amount.
- Confirmations. Most coins confirm within a few minutes. Bitcoin often takes 30 to 60 minutes for its first confirmation, and your key shows up once it does.
- No card fee. You only pay the network fee your wallet charges.

Refunds and chargebacks
- If a cheat won't run on a supported setup, we replace the key, and if that doesn't fix it we refund it the way you paid. Card refunds go back to the same card.
- Keys are delivered right away, so you can't cancel an order once the key is on your order page. Keys bought with a discount are final sale.
- Problem with a card payment? Open a ticket before you go to your bank. A chargeback closes your account and blocks card payments for you.

Payment questions
Can I buy a DMA cheat with a debit card?
Yes. Debit cards work the same way as credit cards, as long as your bank allows online payments in US dollars.
Why is there a card fee?
Every card payment costs us a cut, and more for cards from abroad. The card fee covers that, and you see the exact amount before you press Pay. Crypto has no card fee.
Why was my card declined?
Declines come from your bank, and we can't see the reason or push a payment through. Check the card details, ask your bank to allow the payment, or try another card. Nothing is taken from a declined card.
How fast do I get my key?
Card payments go through in seconds. Crypto payments usually confirm within a few minutes, depending on the coin and how busy the network is. The key shows up on your order page and is emailed to you.

Can I get a refund?
If the cheat won't run on a supported setup and we can't fix it, yes, the way you paid. Change of mind, game bans, frozen time and discounted keys are not refunded. Section 05 of the Terms has the full rules.
